Greetings and a warm aloha to all of you.
Dear friends and colleagues,
Over the past two years, (2022-2024) PNAH was transformed into an energetic organization under the leadership of Cielito Lyn Matias-Schwartz. The theme was EMERGE, as we look into developing a new generation of nurses moving into leadership roles and nurturing and supporting them as they pursue a new role.
Thank you! Cielito, for all the hard work, as we move PNAH forward to continue to EMERGE.
For the next two years, the theme I would like to resonate is SYNERGY. It is time for all of us to come together to thrive and succeed and make this organization more cohesive. The powerful force of SYNERGY can be magical as group of people collaborate and combine their unique skills, perspectives, and strengths to achieve something greater than what we could accomplish individually. We can leverage on each other’s strengths and abilities to achieve a common goal and support the mission and vision of PNAH.
We have a diverse membership team, and many of our new members are young, energetic, innovative, and creative. I wanted to serve as a mentor to these new generation of nurses as we move forward to support the Future of Nursing, and the new mantra of PNAA- I2 influence/impact under the leadership of Marlon Saria.
Overall, by harnessing the energy of SYNERGY, we can expect to create a more harmonious and successful life.
So, may I invite all of you to embrace SYNERGY and work with me towards creating a prosperous and fulfilling Future of Nursing. It is time to let go of old patterns and beliefs and invite new opportunities for growth and change.
I look forward to work with you, in support of SYNERGY towards the common goal of transformation and growth.
Respectfully,
- Marianela Jacob MSN, APRN, Rx, FNP-BC
